Located in the northern tier of the Catskill Mountain High Peaks, Windham Mountain, a premier New York State ski and snowboarding resort, offers a 1600-foot vertical drop from a 3,100-foot summit elevation. Windham has 46 ski/snowboard trails encompassing 257 skiable acres, 9 lifts that include 2 high speed detachable quad, 4 triples, 1 double, and 2 carpets with 98 percent total snowmaking coverage.
Under new ownership since January 2006, the resort just completed its largest single year of improvements in its 46-year history with 2 new lifts, including a high speed detachable quad, new trails opening up new terrains, and an ice skating rink. With its family-friendly combination of a single base lodge, easy accessability, extra customer care services like caddy service, valet parking, equipment valet ski/board storage and intra-parking lot transport and an active Guest Services Ambassador program, Windham Mountain puts guests' comfort and convenience first.
Night skiing and riding are featured Thursday through Saturday and on holidays
with seven trails offering skiing and riding, plus a halfpipe and the expert-level Park on Warm Up.
Adult and junior lift tickets cost just $25 for snowsliding from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., and tickets for kids six and under are a mere $10. Nighttime season passes start at $179 per person. Plus, lessons and rental equipment can be very inexpensively added to a night ticket.

Snowsports School
From the First Class program (for first-timers) to the Junior Instructor, Racing, Development and Freestyle programs (for advanced-level youngsters),
children are kept organised for lessons by age and ability and first-timer lessons are kept small. Programs accommodate advanced level child and teen skiers and riders.
The Snowsports School also offers a full spectrum of programs for adults, women and seniors.

The Children's Learning Center looks after non-skiing kids with half-day and hourly programs in a state-of-the-art facility with fully qualified staffas well as offering classes and lessons for young skiiers ages 4-7.
Mountain Top Adventure Park provides plenty of snow fun that requires no skills. Twelve tubing lanes offer plenty of excitement for everyone, day and night. Just a short, free shuttle ride away from the mountain, the park has its own parking, ticketing and snazzy new base lodge.

The Business Center
Tucked away in a quiet corner in the base lodge's top floor, the Center is equipped with everything necessary to get work done quickly and efficiently.
The Business Center is open daily during the winter season from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The cost is $14/day or $130 annually.
Windham Mountain is easy to reach - just 2.5 hours' drive from Manhattan and an hour from the state capital, Albany - located 25 miles from the New York State Thruway Exit 21 off of Rt 23. Full Moon Resort is 45 minutes from Windham.
