Dining at Full Moon Resort

Lovingly prepared, hearty country buffet breakfasts, lunches and dinners are available for weekend or mid-week groups throughout the year at the artistically rustic Full Moon Café. The Chef applies classic techniques with a New American flair, to make each meal at Full Moon a celebration of fresh cuisine.

Surrounded by the works of exceptional regional artists, guests discover this cozy, rustic environment to be both relaxing and fun.

The breakfast buffet consists of fresh baked goods, natural eggs, pancakes or French toast served with locally produced maple syrup, and bacon. Natural whole grain cereals, along with low-fat yogurts, milk, juices, organic soy milk and fresh fruits compliment the buffet. Locally-roasted Catskill Mountain Organic Coffees, hot chocolate and an assortment of black and herbal teas top off this magical morning meal. Please note that other group menu options are available. The Café dinner cuisine features a range of possibilities from country BBQ’s to formal dining. Generally dinners in the Café begin with seasonal soups, and feature organic garden salad, fresh breads, entrees, sides and dessert. Entrée samples would include miso-soy salmon, baked natural herbed boneless chicken breast and baked, seasoned tofu triangles.

A light dessert, such as cookies and fresh whole strawberries dipped in chocolate, pleasantly finish the dinner. Again, please refer to the Catering Pages for more group menu options. The Café always features select domestic and imported beers, an excellent wine list, cognacs, hot coffees with liqueurs and gourmet, natural sodas.
